3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) are stored in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website.

4. Contact form and cost calculator

If you contact us via the contact form, the cost calculator, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details (e.g. name, contact details, message, project details, area, selected services and any photos or drawings sent) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). Form data are sent to us by email and are not stored in a database on the website. We delete the data as soon as they are no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. WhatsApp

If you use the WhatsApp link, you switch to WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies; data may be transferred to the USA. Use is voluntary – you can always reach us by email or phone.

6. Instagram

We only link to our Instagram profile. Data are only transferred when you click the link.
